What are you going to do:
As part of the role, your responsibilties are not limited but will include;
- Technical support of all IT across the group
- Procurement of IT equipment and services and associated follow up processes
- Installation and configuration of desktops, printers and users’ devices
- Daily backup procedure for UK servers
- Manage and Monitor network security – Firewall, Proxy server and Server patching.
- Maintenance of software and hardware asset inventory, including an annual physical audit
- Website/App management & ERP support
- Telecommunications support
- EPOS suuport

What we ask:
- At least finished college BTEC levels
- Problem solving &being able to work on your own initiative as well as to be a great team worker
- Good organization, and strong communication skills
- No experience required
- Advanced computer skills e.g. installing PCs with Windows
- Honest, responsibility & punctuality are crucial to succeed
