Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary)Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)Location: Northampton Pay: £8.41 - £8.72A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced customer service individuals to join an established service provider based in Northampton.They are seeking experienced customers service individuals to join their vibrant team to professionally and efficiently respond to incoming enquires via phone and email, ensuring a first class customer service is provided. This includes amending and updating customer records, a comprehensive knowledge of products and a good telephone manner.If you are someone who has a wealth of customer service experience within a retail capacity coupled with excellent communication and computer skills looking to make a move into the office environment OR you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you!Duties Include:Answer telephone/email/written enquiries in a professional and in a positive mannerRespond and action customer enquiries fullyObtain the required customer information using available system resourcesHandle and resolve customer complaints whilst remaining calm and professionalProvide customers with product and service informationComplete call logsOther administrative tasksThe duties contained in this job description are not exhaustive and you may be required to perform other duties in line with your skills, experience and the demands of the business.Skills and Experience:A passion for providing excellent customer serviceA confident communicator with an excellent telephone mannerFlexible approach to work, with the ability to be able to work all of the varied shift patters on a rotating basis.Computer Literate
