This is a start up client doubling orders and production every two weeks to keep up with customer demand delivering cosmetic pharmaceuticals directly to the client. They are disruptive, aggressive and successful and are looking for hard working, problem solvers with a background of production management to support their growth moving forward.
Description
You will take ownership for a small team delivering bespoke products to the customer. You will be responsible for the day to day production as well as identifying and eliminating problems and issues that will slow growth in the days, weeks and months to come.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a degree and some experience working in a production environment or in a factory. You will enjoy pro-actively finding problems and bottlenecks and coming up with solutions with the team.
Due to the automation the business are very data heavy so you will need to be highly analytical and quantitative.
