Graduate Leadership Development Programme (GLDP)Start: 1st September 2021Locations: GloucesterLocation and any site rotations are dependent on the role. Please see the job description on our careers website for further details about each role.Summary of Role:We are looking for a team of graduates from a range of degree backgrounds to join our highly successful annual Graduate Leadership Development Programme starting 1st September 2021 (or potentially earlier tbc*). Graduates will start by completing an initial 2 year training programme covering a range of modules from presentation, business, leadership, strategy, project management and team building workshops alongside your day job in one of our business functional areas.Successful candidates will join one of the following teams: * Finance * Project Management * Software EngineeringCandidate RequirementsEssential: * Candidates must be on track to achieving a 2:1 degree or have already achieved a minimum of a 2:1 in a relevant undergraduate degree to the role you are applying for * 120 UCAS points or equivalent pre university qualifications * Successful candidates will be required to complete a security clearance application relevant to your chosen roleDesirable: * Work experience or placement relevant to the role you are applying for * Evidence of leadership skills developed through university, work experience, placement year or extra-curricular activitiesAbout Raytheon UKWith facilities in Broughton, Waddington, Glenrothes, Harlow, Gloucester, Manchester with presence across other customer sites also.
