We are not terribly bothered in what you have actually been "designing" as we are looking to really train and develop you, but a talented and enthusiastic mechanical design engineer who is looking to improve, learn and forge a career in with huge synergy with a range of different sectors.As we're working in renewable / biomass, any background in your degree in that would be really beneficial and you will be working with some of the sharpest technology in the sector.The Candidate:We are open to the candidate for this role - the personality is as important as the skill set. As the company are continuing to grow (with a sister site currently being commissioned, to give you an idea!), we want new ideas in the company and the chance to pass on our knowledge to the new generation of designers. So as long as you are a mechanical graduate who has design experience - let's talk! You may have no commercial experience, you may only have placement experience, you may have 1-2 years hands on experience, that isn't important, we are more interested in the correct personality and design ideas…The Role:This will be a hugely varied design role. As a company, we design, install and commission renewable systems for commercial and industrial applications, with focus on biomass and heat pumps, with some projects being of very high value.This role will be the design of our systems in to a range of different end clients. Each project will be big, varied and we will invest massively in to your development and training as the better you are, the better we are! The company:As alluded to, this is a company that has grown hugely through COVID and are looking to grow massively in 2020 and in to 2021. We use some of the sharpest technology and work with some high profile clients, so a real opportunity to learn and be trained up by some of the best in the business
