An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor (Weekends) to join an online operation based in Biggleswade to help assist in the running of the customer services department.
Hours of work will be: Saturday - Sunday: 9.00am - 17.00pm
Responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Processing customer’s website placed orders.
- Processing internal branches placed orders.
- Conversing with customers via on-line chat and e-mail.
- Assisting customers when using the website.
- General office duties.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience:
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and initiative.
- Full training will be provided internally.
- Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.
