Weekend Customer Service Advisor in Biggleswade

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor (Weekends) to join an online operation based in Biggleswade to help assist in the running of the customer services department.

Hours of work will be: Saturday - Sunday: 9.00am - 17.00pm

Responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to customers.
  • Processing customer’s website placed orders.
  • Processing internal branches placed orders.
  • Conversing with customers via on-line chat and e-mail.
  • Assisting customers when using the website.
  • General office duties.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience:

  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Full training will be provided internally.
  • Successful applicants will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude.
