You will complete your training in their Leeds City Centre offices and then work from home for the remainder of the contract; a laptop and headset will be provided.Please Note: The successful applicant will need to pass a credit check and DBS check . Start Date - Monday 9th NovemberEnd Date - Friday 26 February 2021The role as a Customer Service Advisor will involve delivering excellent service and assisting customers with their general queries. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be providing expert service to customers verbally and in writing, dealing with a variety of complaints professionally and efficiently.
