(e.g. Microsoft packages - CRM and email)Ability to self manage but also work as part of a teamExcellent customer service and relationship buildingProblem solving / Solutions oriented to service customers effectively.Experience of working to tight deadlines Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years working in a customer service role - contact centre/retail/hospitality.
