My client based in Cheltenham is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fun and vibrant team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidates will be confident and outgoing with previous customer service experience which can be in the office environment or within retail and hospitality.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Make contact with customers on a day to day basis advising of money owed
-Obtain payment to clear the balance owing or to obtain information to set up a payment arrangement
-Explain collection process and raise queries to clients
Candidate Attributes;
-Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment
-Confident on the telephone
-Willing to learn and adapt to feedback
-Experience of working in a call centre or customer service environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Good organisation skills and be task driven
Salary - £19,500 + Benefits
Hours- 37.5 hours per week between the hours 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 out of 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm
