Impact Call Centre is always looking for high-quality staff to join our ever-expanding team.
Following continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit experienced Customer Service Executives to join our team in Romsey. Due to the location of our offices, we are looking for candidates who are within a 40-minute commute of our offices.
These positions are offered on a full-time basis working 40 Hours - 5 days over 7 days. Your hours will be discussed in advance and will include working one day each weekend and one shift working until around 20:00.
What will I be responsible for?
Working in our vibrant and friendly Customer Service department, you will act as a brand ambassador for our clients, delivering world class service in all customer communications, whether by phone, email, or webchat.
