You’ll have the option to work from home during your early and late shifts, as well as swap shifts when needed, enabling you to perform at your best and balance your work and life commitments.The role:- Salary of £23,000 per annum- Overtime opportunities available - Up to 10% employer contribution towards Aviva's Group Personal Pension Plan- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working nine hour shifts (with early and late shifts)As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver a great service to customers using our home services. In this varied role, you’ll handle a wide range of telephone queries covering insurance claims, chargeable work, water and wastewater account enquiries. You’ll promote the benefits of our services and discuss open quotes to ensure that customers receive the service that best suits their needs. During quieter periods, you’ll respond to email queries, carry out administration tasks and co-ordinate the diaries of our Mobile Engineers. Some of your other duties will involve: - Advising customers on the billing and collection of charges - Working with wholesalers to resolve issues - Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell services - Liaising with third party providers to ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales Other organisations may call this role Contact Centre Advisor, Customer Services Representative, Contact Centre Agent, Contact Centre Rep, Customer Service Executive, Customer Care Advisor, or Customer Experience Rep.About you:At SES Home Services, we recruit based on potential, values and fit, rather than just experience and qualifications.
