First-Class Physics Tutor | Secondary School in Wandsworth

An exciting opportunity has become available for a First-Class Physics Graduate to tutor GCSE students within a vibrant Secondary School setting.

In this progressive Physics Tutor role, you will need to be able to effectively provide ‘catch-up’ support for 11-16 year old students.

If you have a passion for Physics and have the ability to explain complicated concepts in an easy to understand way, we would love to hear from you!

Physics Tutor | Secondary School in Wandsworth

• Physics Tutor to KS3 and KS4 students
• Spending the majority of your time working with GCSE students
• Boosting the engagement levels of students within Years 7-10
• Working 1:1 to encourage, support and fill gaps in knowledge
• Delivering small group intervention sessions (groups of 2-4 students)
• Interviews ASAP | October 2020 – July 2021
• £70 per day | £350 per week | Paid weekly

An outstanding academic record is required for this role to enable you to confidently build the knowledge of the students they are working with. In addition to fantastic academics, you will also need to have:

• The belief that all students can achieve regardless of background and ability
• Aspirations to qualify as a Physics Teacher in the future
