A client of ours in the Colchester Area is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their ever-growing team. This is a permanent position working a 37.5-hour week on rotation hours paying between £24,000 and £26,000 with a bonus scheme. You will be working with the small customer service team to help shape and influence an already robust Customer Service program.In this Customer Service Advisor role, you will be required to: Implement and manage new rota/shift patterns amongst the team.Reporting - Collate information/data of performance to present to Management.Provide excellent customer service at all times.Develop specialist knowledge of the company's products and ways of working.Work as part of the team as well as guide the team if needed.Essential skills/qualities needed for this position: 3 years + experience working in a customer service role.Experience within hardware/building/supplier businesses.Knowledge of Zendesk CRM System is desirable.Highly adaptable and personable with a can-do attitude.Very organised and able to manage scheduling/rota-ing.Loves talking on the phone - would always jump on a call instead of sending an email.If you feel you are suitable for this Customer Service Advisor position and would like to hear more about the role please apply or contact Katie at Prime Appointments to discuss.
