Entry Level Office Customer Service Advisor in Cheltenham

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

Perfect entry level office opportunity for our client in Cheltenham who is currently recruiting for a Collections Advisor to join their fun and vibrant team on a permanent basis. No experience is needed as full training will be provided!

This role would be suitable if you have strong customer service skills, ideally already experienced within an office environment, however this would also be suitable for an individual from industries such as hospitality/retail seeking to gain office experience as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Make contact with customers on a day to day basis advising of money owed

- Obtain payment to clear the balance owing or to obtain information to set up a payment arrangement

- Explain collection process and raise queries to clients

Candidate Attributes:

- Self-motivated and able to work within a team environment

- Confident on the telephone

- Willing to learn and adapt to feedback

- Experience of in a customer service environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Good organisation skills and be task driven

Salary - £19,200 this is made up of £17,500 + on target bonus of £1,700 per year + Benefits

Hours - 37.5 hours per week between the hours 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday & 1 out of 4 Saturdays 9am - 1pm
