We are establishing a new multi-disciplinary clinical team (GPS/ANPs/ECPs/Practice Nurses) to work at our CALM Hub centres in Wallingford and Banbury to initially support potential Covid19 patients* in a dedicated environment. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 7.00pm we can offer you a range of flexible working arrangements including, compressed hours, short early and late shifts, term time working and annualised hours. *Please note the service may in the future be refocused to provide broader clinical services to primary care patients in order to support “Winter pressures”
We are looking for individuals with the ability to provide quality care and who possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Your time will be spent helping to ensure that our Covid19 Hub services run smoothly and efficiently, by treating and delivering appropriate health care, to patients as part of a wider clinical professional team. Service provision will also involve a separate patient home visiting service.
Ideally, you will be an experienced clinician in your field. You will need to be compassionate and caring and be able to demonstrate that you can maintain the privacy and dignity of all our patients, at all times in this busy environment. The ability to work under pressure is essential. You will be given a full induction and training on PPE.
You will be based at the Wallingford Community Hospital site or the Fiennes in Banbury and the hours of work to be covered are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 7.00pm so ability to work flexibly is preferred.
