As the New Pet CRM specialist, you’ll be a part of a brand new team which has been created to focus on the lifetime retention of a customer, and subscriptions based models. This is an extremely exciting time for an area in it’s infancy as the scale and consumer base is there and ready to develop, however we need the expertise and focus to own this moving forward.

This role will give the individual a great deal of autonomy to focus on giving the customer and their pet the very best experience they can have, we want to almost anticipate customers’ needs before they’re aware themselves.

Experience required for this role includes:

• CRM and Marketing experience
• Experience working cross-channel, with a content focus
• An agency background would be desirable, as you will have worked across multiple channels and clients.
• Any charity experience would be a great asset.

A strong team player and someone who can adapt quickly into a new team is paramount.
