We are recruiting for a Proposition Marketing Manager. We welcome applications from those looking to work remotely but please note that our Support Offices are located in Handforth (Cheshire) and you may be required to travel to the office on a frequent basis.

You will use data and insight to effectively challenge, influence and steer the teams towards a more customer-centric proposition for both new pet (puppy and kitten) and pet care plans, delivering the best customer experience, in store and digitally. You will work cross-functionally to plan and execute joined up customer campaigns that deliver against KPIs, and you will be required to manage spend based on category targets and performance.

You will co-ordinate the marketing for new pet (puppy and kitten) and Pet Care plans, managing new initiatives via a test and learn programme as well as developing a keen awareness of competitor marketing to ensure the business remains at the forefront of the industry. You will adopt a customer first approach and act as a brand advocate to ensure all communications are on brand and customer focussed.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of marketing experience – a marketing degree is desirable.
• Strong marketing and communications background, including the ability to show demonstrable return.
• Proven experience managing customer centred marketing plans.
• Be a confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration and change.
• Able to prioritise, structure work and effectively manage time.
• Good project management and negotiation skills.
• Multi agent expeirnece.
