Talent Acquisition Coordinator (5 Month Contract) in Chester House, Epsom Ave, Handforth, Cheadle, Greater Manchester, SK9 3DF

We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 5 month contract to support recruitment activity within our Distribution Centres.  We welcome applications from those looking to work remotely but please note that our Support Offices are based in Handforth (Cheshire) and Swindon and you may be required to travel to the office occasionally. 

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for providing an operational coordination service to the business and team. You will be responsible for supporting the hiring managers with the processes and tools to enable them to ensure Pets at Home Group has the right people, in the right place, at the right time. The key focus is to ensure resourcing processes are followed, resourcing projects and reporting are delivered and to ensure the delivery of operational support.

You will co-ordinate interviews for all positions as requested and manage the candidate experience through to on boarding.  You will monitor applications and resolve candidate application issues where necessary.

You will provide support to the wider talent acquisition team by monitoring and actioning any calls/emails or other communications received and assist with reporting ie. on number of vacancies/placements. 

Skills/Experience required;
•    Previous experience supporting volume recruitment activity.
•    Previous experience in a customer facing roles involving a high degree of verbal and written communication
•    Proven team co-ordination skills within a large, complex corporate environment
•    Experience of supporting distribution centre or logistics recruitment activity would be advantageous. 
•    Strong organisational skills, fluent in MS Office applications 
•    Able to positively influence at all levels of an organisation, and to develop valued relationships with Managers and Candidates alike
