This role will be working at a London-based start-up company, which have experienced significant funding and are set for a period of strong growth.

They are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager who is adaptable and keen to play a pivotal part of a growing, close-knit team. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has worked within a start up environment previously, however this is not a prerequisite.

Key experience / background:
*Experience of developing cross channel digital campaigns within either an agency set up or client side organisation
*Experience of measuring and reporting on performance of campaigns
*Prior experience of working in an interdisciplinary team
*Strong analytical experience and data driven approach
*Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
*Excellent attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
*Devise the company's digital strategy
*Drive customer acquisition through a range of digital channels with a key focus being PPC and Paid Social. Alongside this will be SEO, Social Media and display
*Work alongside the Marketing Director to ensure all paid media is executed and exceeding targets
*Adapt to a changing environment and make changes to campaigns which drive performance
*Use analytics tools to track and optimise campaign performance
