The ROLEOur Client is recruiting for a Trainee Blow-Moulding machine setter to their well established team in the Corby facility from where they manufacture injection moulded containers. The role offers great training - a structured 20 week training period - after which you will be required to work a continental shift system. When fully trained the successful candidate will be responsible for;*Assume responsibility for the performance of production equipment*Job change machines*Tool change machines*Maximise run time of allocated production lines*Effectively set the machines to minimise material wastageThe CANDIDATEOur client is looking for strong team player possessing the following attributes;*Mechanical background*A desire to learn the blow moulding process *Happy to work permanent shift system*Confident personable approach to working in a teamThe Package - Salary £21,500-£23,500 (Depending on Experience) whilst training, raising to a minimum of £23,500 after trainingStructured 20 week training program.
