Satisfying customer requests to the highest standard and within service levelsTo liaise with colleagues where required to resolve customer queriesTo deliver superior customer service, promptly handling all calls and emails received; foster strong customer relations and actively promote the bank as the preferred provider of banking services.Establishes and maintains the highest level of customer care and delivery standards ensuring customer queries and complaints are addressed in a prompt and amenable manner and where applicable, directed to the relevant department on the client's behalf.To ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the bankThe positions are due to start November We are looking for full time 40 hours per week or Part Time 30 hours per week working across Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm on a rota basis. Positions are all temporary to permanent for the the right candidate.
