What are you going to do:
The Hostess/Host will be the first impact Poulet 37 will have to make with their customer base. The ideal candidate will be presentable polite with good people skills, and incredibly organised.
They will be in charge of organising the queue of people wanting to enter as well as taking the delivery orders.
It will be imperative to work out who is waiting and what space is soon available.
