Who we’re looking for

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate level candidate to support the Sales and Marketing Team, the business and Salesforce leaders in the implementation, ongoing development and adoption of Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) .

This role will sit within the Tech Centre of Excellence, a team responsible for the management of the wider Salesforce ecosystem in the UK, which also includes Sales Cloud and other related software. 

The role will see the individual working in a team supporting the development of further phases of work and managing new releases as they come through.
Understanding, driving and leading testing of new developments in functionality; optimising the platform over time. The change aspect of the role will require the individual to be able to demo, train, advocate and support the execution of the adoption strategy.


This will mean building relationships with the Salesforce SMEs, the Insight team and the Global Salesforce team in order to fully understand the requirements of the business and Sales and Marketing function.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of key Sales and Marketing reporting and MI tools

  • Work with business users to generate insight and value from their data 

  • Helping to develop a globally consistent approach to management information across the entire global PwC network

  • Opportunities for further training and development in Salesforce and associated technologies

  • Working with an organisation leading in this cutting edge technology

  • Impact assessment and migration planning for seven releases a year in the ever-evolving PwC/Salesforce landscape

  • Exposure to all areas and levels of the business in helping to drive and implement a change to a sales and data-driven culture

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience of creation and deployment of assets in established data visualisation tools (e.g Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView etc), and presentation/interpretation of the data held within.

  • Experience in SAQL (Salesforce's proprietary coding language) would be optimal. Alternatively, fluency in SQL would be beneficial.

  • Experience in use of JSON or similar Java languages.

  • Familiarity with any Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, the Einstein suite and their wider range of technologies such as Datorama would be advantageous.

  • A creative approach to problem solving.

  • Proactive, flexible and agile style to navigate changing agendas and approaches.

  • A positive team player. 

  • Used to delivering projects to schedule and achieving desired results, in liaison with the wider business.
