What this means for you is less competition and higher billings for the same amount of work!The RoleYou’ll become a Technology recruitment expert, and the “go-to” person in your specific discipline. Starting off as a Delivery consultant, your role will initially be focused on the candidate-side of the recruitment process, where you’ll grow your network and master the market. You’ll reach out to candidates and build lasting relationships with them without the pressure of business development straight away. Then, you’ll move into a full 360 role and be given the responsibility to bring on your own clients!
