Role: IT Service Delivery Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 DOE Length: 12 months – Potential permanent A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a good client of mine based in Birmingham.The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and support of high-quality ICT services to end – users built upon robust service delivery processes and standards. The role requires establishing and maintaining strong SLA driven stakeholder relationships to ensure business-as-usual ICT services are internal support team and services provided by managed service providers. Responsibilities: IT Service Delivery ManagerRegular contact with other members of ICT management team to resolves issues.Transition new services into BAU operations and contribute to change management.Work closely with senior stakeholders around the word to ensure service levels continue to meet expectations.Regular contact with suppliers, providers, and external support teams to ensure services are managed and meet expectations.Build relationships with technology partners.Responsible for budget.Information technology service management tools (ITSM)Day to day responsibility for end user support – 4000 + usersMonitor, deliver and report on support activities with agreed SLAsDevelop SLA’ and OLA’s with internal and external stakeholders.
