Role You will be part of a busy Services Support Desk, managing a variety of incidents and requests relating to Building Management Systems (BMS), this is a great opportunity to become an applications specialist.Experience & Skills We are looking for the right person, so qualifications are not as important. We are looking for someone who has been working in a busy helpdesk support environment or traditional IT Service Desk who has a passion for tech for good & eco-friendly products - Customer service and a passion for Tech are the most important qualities in this role. You must be able to pick up new tech quickly and will be given the opportunity to become a specialist in supporting complex applications.Excellent communication skills both written & verbal,Good computer literacy,Knowledge of BMS, BEMS, HVAC, FM would be ideal,Previous service support experience,Salary & RemunerationExcellent Basic Salary dependent on experience,Full benefits package.This role will involve shift patterns ranging between 6am - 10pm, Monday - Saturday.
