Agile Delivery ManagerReed Professional Services (RPS) has engaged with one of the key Central Government departments to work on a large/complex business programme. In order to further compliment the team delivering this programme, RPS have an exciting opportunity for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our team of experts based in London.Who will you be working for?RPS provide project delivery and tailored PMO services, helping our customer's projects go from concept to completion. Our project delivery services are tailored to meet individual needs, whilst drawing on broad market experience and proven methodology from a variety of sectors including Media, Banking and Central Government. We keep the end goal firmly in mind and can scale in line with customer needs.What will you be doing?You will be joining RPS' delivery team as a Agile Delivery Manager to help our client across a broad cross section of programmes that are in need of support both to raise understanding of PPM/PMO, but also to manage the delivery teams to ensure there is an understanding of the business drivers including the identification of requirements in order to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery meets the desired goals/outcome. The role will be working alongside a number of senior stakeholders to define and build the delivery roadmap and aid the continuous improvement ethos of the project.Below are the key skills that we are looking for in an Agile Delivery Manager;Experience: Excellent stakeholder management experience to a senior level, Extensive experience in managing business transformation projects previously.Skills: Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of GDS Service Standards, Knowledge and understanding of technical release processes, Experience creating and maintaining substantive plans of activity Additional Info:Although remote initially once government restrictions surrounding COVID19 travel are eased consultants would be required to travel to client site locations - primarily Westminster, LondonIf this sounds like a challenge you would relish, we'd love to hear from you, so please apply below
