A Halfords team is a special team, made up of people who are passionate about our products and services and obsessed with giving our customers the very best experience. We’re specialists at what we do – our teams don’t only advise on the very best products to meet our customers’ needs, they give practical solutions too, fitting a range of products to our customers’ cars and bikes.
If you already have experience of giving first class customer service, and of working quickly and efficiently, we’ll train you in how to wow a Halfords customer. You’ll be given the product knowledge and skills training you need to give our customers a solution that meets their needs and ensures they never want to shop elsewhere! You’ll learn how to demonstrate and explain our products as well as the practical aspects of our fitting services. Ideally, you already have Retail experience but if you can demonstrate experience of tailoring your approach in a customer focused sales environment, we can help you with the rest.

This is a permanent part time position at our Cambridge store with core hours being 20 per week across 4 days.
