As a graduate at KPMG, you'll learn the skills to analyse, advise and deliver digital solutions for some of our clients’ most pressing business issues. This could mean helping an investment bank use Artificial Intelligence to detect and prevent fraud, or to help a retailer use analytics to understand their customers better. It could mean helping one of the world’s most renowned brands adopt world class processes using the latest release of a software giant’s platforms, or helping a Chief Digital Officer shape an organisation able to build and deploy digital products quickly and effectively.

Entry Requirements:

As a general rule, you’ll be expected to meet the following requirements (*or equivalents)

  • Minimum Grade B GCSE* Maths
  • Minimum Grade B GCSE* English Language
  • Minimum of 120 UCAS points* under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any degree discipline

Training and Development:

As one of the fastest growing areas of KPMG, and indeed the wider economy in general, technology is a great place to develop your business understanding, consultancy skills and career. The breadth of our work, expertise and clients means there’s always the chance to learn new things. We’ll also provide a strong support network for you to maximise every opportunity that comes your way.

Training will continue throughout your career at KPMG, but during your first couple of years we focus on equipping you with a strong foundation of technical and industry knowledge. That's why the majority of your training will be on the job and you'll participate in formal classroom or residential courses and via our dedicated online training portal - so you'll have a rounded learning experience to best support your development.

You’ll commence a tailored training path designed to take you through the 3 years and get the opportunity to rotate through a number of client facing projects, where you’ll put this formal training to practical use.

You may also have the opportunity to study for an industry accredited qualification where relevant, focusing on key technology specialisms that will help you through your graduate programme and into your future career.
