As a Compliance & Administration Manager, you will manage the quality of service provisions through monitoring and reviewing the hospitals processes and systems, this includes clinical governance, safeguarding, clinical audits, complaints, data analysis and data submissions.
You will develop quality improvement action plans and monitor service compliance to comply with Elysium, Government and external policies, including CQC regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for line managing the hospitals administration team, which will see your supervise and train staff members.

Our Compliance & Administration Manager involves:

Effective written & verbal liaison with external agencies, including government and regulatory bodies.
- Understand healthcare regulatory requirements to support service provision.
- Analysis and organisation of information to a high standard in report/email format.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
