I am working with a full-service creative agency working in the healthcare sector. They have had a busy successful year and as such are looking to build their digital team. I'm looking to find them a Lead UX/UI designer.
The Lead UX/UI designer will manage, support and mentor a UX/UI designer with a view to growing out the function further in 2021.
Working across with internal developers and project managers you will be responsible for leading the design across a range of digital products including apps, websites and sales aids. This role would be really suitable for a UX/UI designer with a passion for user centric design and comfortable leading projects and presenting to clients.

Responsibilities include:
*Managing and mentoring members of the digital design team.
*Development of design systems- grids/interactive behaviour and visual style guides.
*Illustration of ideas using storyboards, user flows and sites
*Creation of user interfaces for mobile, tablet and desktop
*User of sketch, Figma and/or inVision to create clickable prototypes
*Working with internal stakeholders and presenting design concepts both internally and externally

To be considered for this role you need to have proven experience as a Lead UX/UI designer with experience across the healthcare agency sector. You should be able to demonstrate your strong belief in the full UX design process from research, definition through to prototyping, testing and design.
