This hugely successful and global entertainment organisation are looking to expand their social insights and communities team and have an exciting opportunity for a senior level social insights and community expert to lead the division.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* To oversee and support a team of social insights and community specialists to ensure effective insight and learnings can be gathered from this brand's community, to help inform further brand and product development
* Devise effective community strategies and approaches, as well as troubleshooting and managing wider challenges
* Oversee and drive projects across the EMEA region
* Help to support the wider community to ensure appropriate engagement
* Oversee budgeting and financials to ensure projects are commercially viable and delivered to agreed timelines
* Develop and maintain internal relationships across the business
Key skills required:
* To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate extensive experience within social listening and communities and have had experience of running these projects to a senior level
* You will have strong people management experience and have experience of leading teams previously, ideally at least 3 people or more
* Ideally you will have managed projects across European markets and have a secondary European language, alongside being fluent in English
* You will be comfortable in working in a diverse and multifaceted business
* You will be passionate about working in the entertainment space
