About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work closely alongside our National Sales Director. A passion for providing an exceptional level of support is essential and you must have a proactive and organised approach to work, remaining professional and confidential always. The role will be based in a modern office in our kitchen showroom in Ashton-Under-Lyne, with occasional travel to meetings and events (accommodation will be provided where needed).  This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work when required.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
  • Arrange daily conference calls with Area Managers
  • Organise and manage National Sales Director's diary
  • Update any new store opening information
  • Arrange Head office & Board meetings
  • Consistently update each showroom areas KPI and sales performance, highlighting any under performing areas and collate phase end data for meetings with Directors
  • Send out daily updates to all Area Managers
  • Liaise with Retail Recruitment Team regarding interviews and recruitment events
  • Liaise with Training (Retail and Management) regarding staff training/management inductions
  • Organising meeting rooms and hotels for National Sales Director, Area Managers and staff members when required
  • Set up PowerPoint slides for meetings
  • Submit all expense documents monthly
About You
About You
 
  • Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Experienced Executive Assistant to Senior Management level with minimum 1 year experience
  • Experience of electronic diary management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • An ability to deal with sensitive information with descretion and to maintain confidentiality
