The company provides a bespoke service to its clients, with both a product and service offering. Each client can have very different needs and therefore the company very much listens to these requirements, then provides a full 360 Service/Product package.
Salary up between £23K-£28K plus OTE
Applicants should have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role (essential)
* Previous telesales skills
* Degree educated or equivalent (essential)
* Experience handling high volumes of outbound sales calls to clients (essential)
* Ability to achieve against set sales targets and KPI's
* Technical background would be an advantage
* Capable of learning a wide range of technical products
* Managing client expectations to achieve positive outcomes
* Using every opportunity to upsell additional products to increase sales revenue
* Enthusiasm and passion to deliver excellent customer service
* Pleasant, professional phone manner
* This is a small office environment so must be self-motivated and hands on
* Excellent proven organisation, multi-tasking skills and enjoyment in building strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
* Speak fluent English and have excellent grammar/punctuation writing skills
* Excellent computer skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (you will receive appropriate training on our internal CRM system)
* Reliability and punctuality, attention to detail, focus and resilience , motivation to achieve results
* A willingness to learn and grow professionally
The role:
Producing high levels of outbound sales calls
Account management and scheduling works with existing client base
Creation of marketing collateral for the business
Lead generation- set up and organise meetings with prospective clients
High levels of diary management
Upselling of product ranges to new and existing accounts
Customer liaison, invoicing, chasing payments, take client bookings
Customer liaison, calendar bookings
Assist in organising work diaries for the team
After sales administration and filling
Prioritising own workload and supporting the management team
Assisting with day to day operations of the business when required
Organising clients open requests
Consistently meet sales targets
Updating customer/supplier accounts
Office equipment management
Salary up to £23k-£28K plus OTE
Monday to Friday 9:00am-17:30pm
