Our Values: We focus on people
Quote fromSPHT team member “After a variety of different experiences within the NHS this team is very different. During an uncertain time I knew I had support from people I had only worked alongside for a short amount of time, some of the team I haven’t even met face to face but I knew I could reach out too. Every member of the team is approachable, the knowledge is shared and it’s refreshing to work long side such a good humoured team.
I’ve had opportunities to develop in a short amount of time. Plus I feel a valued member of staff something which I can honestly say I haven’t felt for a great deal of time.”
