Domestic Gas Engineer
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional heating contractor.
They require a self-employed heating engineer to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks for local letting agents and estate agents in Birmingham.
Contract details below:
Work Type: Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
Location: Birmingham - jobs are booked in a small area for the day
Working days: Either part-time or 5 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates: £200.00 per day (average 6-8 completed landlord gas safety checks per day)
Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
- Experienced servicing boilers and gas appliances
- ACS qualifications incl. appliances
- Gas Safe Registration
- Own transport
- Calibrated flue gas analyser
- £2m Public Liability Insurance
