HeyTalent have a Customer Service Apprenticeship available working for a company in the Manufacturing industry, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills within Customer Service.
As Customer Service Apprentice you will be responsible for:
Taking incoming calls and directing them to the correct department
Responding to incoming emails
Preparation of marketing post outs and leaflet drops
Updating the company CRM and providing assistance to the external sales team
General administrative duties such as filing, printing and post etc.
Customer Service Apprentice Essential Criteria:
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Professional persona
Excellent organisational skills
Willingness to go the extra mile
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Middlesbrough
Length of contract: initially 12 months with a view to becoming a permanent after completion of Apprenticeship period
Apprenticeship to be undertaken: Level 2 in Customer Service
