About your role

As a QC Quality Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the QC element of the Quality Team, as well as staying abreast of legislative changes occurring which affect product and packaging.

Notably, there will be an immediate need to support the Brexit process (from a supplier support perspective) in terms of bringing new suppliers in line with expectations, dealing with specific requirements associated with this, and being the conduit between our key external providers.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Database Management of UK/EU and 3rd country suppliers
  • Applications for Export Health Certificates and ensuring that these are filled in with relevant supplier information
  • Working with suppliers to organise site visits in line with Brexit Arrangements
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure cascade of legislative changes to the rest of the team
  • Database visibility of complaints by supplier and category to inform CI for the QA team within quality and to drive supplier improvement
  • Work with Customer Services team to ensure monthly transparency of any complaints by supplier and category, cascading this information and ensuring an improvement plan by the supplier is actioned

About your experience

You’ll be detail orientated with the ability to manage projects, also holding great Excel and administration skills.

Key experience required includes:

  • Experience from within a Customer Services Admin OR Legislative
  • Compliance OR Development Assistant role within retail
  • An ability to research, and interrogate data
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement
