Previous Sales/Recruitment experience is desirable but is not essential.
The Role:
Participating in professional training to develop the relevant business and sales skills to succeed
Proactive candidate sourcing via Linked-In, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, Database analysis
Selling and negotiating on various levels to ensure the successful placement of your IT candidate
Business development - building relationships with new clients, lead generation, fee negotiation
Process management: sourcing CV's, arranging interviews, closing offers and post placement careThe Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree of any subject and/or some transferable sales/target based work experience
Ambitious, hard working, driven personality, motivated by earning potential / career growth
Proven examples of being successful/competitive in your studies and/or employment to date
Confident and professional phone manner, full fluency in both spoken and written English skillsThe Rewards:
