Senior Automotive Tutor (HGV & EV)
We are looking for a Senior Automotive Tutor for one of our great clients.

The Role:
As the Senior Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering an exciting, innovative and dynamic L2/L3/L4 education programme to apprentices and trainees as part of their 'off-the-job' instruction in a purpose-built, automotive training facility. Along with technical instruction, you will be expected to inspire, mentor and excite the apprentices about their learning journey and career prospects whilst offering support and guidance as they progress through their qualification.
You will come from a similar background and bring extensive knowledge and experience in quality training and education programmes within a technical automotive environment and preferably have experience of EV & HEV automotive training.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be eloquent and highly literate, with the ability to write and present detailed educational material. You must also be comfortable facing off to clients and management alike.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments of learning in both technical, practical tasks as well as monitoring and guiding behavioural competencies.
Preferred experience:
* HGV & Electric Vehicle Experience
* Automotive / Motor Vehicle, Lecturer / Instructor, TAQA, A1/ Must be able to evidence GCSE Math and English c or above or Functional Skills
