Description:
Our client is an expanding specialist contractor who is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover a national sales territory.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson with a background in roofing to assist in the growth of increasingly successful specialist contractor.
Technical knowledge is essential in order to carry out roof surveys/reports and demonstrate the requirement of various sized refurbishment projects. Existing relations with roofing manufacturers is an advantage a proven track record in dealing with Building Surveyors, Management Practices, Retail, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, End Users etc.
Based in and around the Leeds area however this is a national territory.
A strong competitive salary is being offered with an attractive bonus structure and benefits.
Duties:
* Promoting full product range
* Dealing with building merchants, distributors and contractors
* Represent the company in a professional manner.
* Keep up to date on the market trends and competitors.
* Build good relationships with new and existing customers.
