About Our Wonderful Culture:

Stan Lewry has shown in the Tate Modern’s Turbine hall and Blavatnik Building, the Berlin Funkhaus and Café Oto. His recent soundtrack featured in Mary Celeste, a short film which premiered at the Palm Springs Film awards in 2019. He continually reinvents art combining light, dance, interaction, textures, everyday objects. His own instruments including laser guitars, keyboards which turn textures from any material found in nature into notes, to make sounds and projections which continually reconnect us to the real world in new and exciting ways. Composing classical style scores with chaotic pendulums, an analogue keyboard synthesiser which is “programmable” with everyday objects. He has recently branched off into abstract photography creating striking images which reimagine the soul through fractal like forms. Driving by his desire to do new things he continually seeks collaborations, performances and opportunities for large scale installations intersecting all the senses, immersing his audience in wonderful new perspectives and universes.
