This cohesive and highly successful school are looking to expand their graduate team and give their students more opportunity to achieve their potential, whilst developing your teaching skills and ability prior to teacher training.

This is fabulous role to work with a cohort of students who need additional academic, pastoral and social support for the rest of the academic year and support them to be successful in further education or work after finishing their A Levels.

You will find yourself monitoring attendance and setting targets to enable them to understand the importance of their education in future life.

You will need to have strong communication and organisation skills, in order to liaise and work collaboratively with both subject specific teachers and within cross-curricular activities.

This school offer benefits including pay of up to £350 per week, term time only and sociable working hours of Monday to Friday. You will have access to all staff training, and even the opportunity to see open and parent evenings to gain a real insight into the world of education.

In order to apply for this role, you will have a strong academic background that includes a minimum of a 2:1 degree and strong A Levels, as well as some transferable experience with children or young people.
