Part Time Administrator
£10.00 per hour / £8320 pro rate
Kiwi Recruitment are currently working with a small but successful business based in Bognor Regis who are looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their small team.
This role is starting at 16 hours per week at £10 per hour. This is a Permanent position.
Our client specialises in the supply of products to clinics and hospitals in the UK and Ireland
Your role will include:
General Administration tasks - Producing Spreadsheets, Quotations and general Correspondence
Answering phone calls and emails.
Updating the company website
Processing orders via QuickBooks
Using Microsoft Office
You will have the following attributes:
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Have a working knowledge of ISO9001 quality standards (ability to write procedures would be a distinct advantage)
Experience of eCommerce highly desirable
