Location: Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6EG (15-minute walk from Crewe Train Station)

Radius Payment Solutions, a leading global fleet management company, who offer services in the Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms and Insurance industries. Our wide range of products includes Fuel Cards, Vehicle Tracking Devices and Phone Tariffs.

We are looking for high-calibre graduates to join our growing business as part of a three-year graduate programme in September 2021.

We are looking to develop our next generation of Directors, therefore we are looking for people who are ready to commit to our company and grow within it. These positions will be located at the Group's Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire, however the programme will include an international secondment at one of our offices outside of the UK, which will likely be during the third year of the placement.

  • What will you be doing on this Graduate Programme?

    The three-year programme offers successful candidates the chance to spend a year in different positions, departments and industries within our business. You will be sponsored by a Director who will commit to spending time with you each month to aid your development and you will have quarterly meetings with our CEO.

    Your role will involve driving efficiencies, optimising performance, innovating procedures and working to develop our business and will involve spending time in the below departments (notes that these rotations will need to be flexible due to the demands of the business and the fast-paced environment):

  • Sales;
  • Account Management;
  • Marketing;
  • Credit;
  • Commercial & Pricing (data analysis);
  • M&A.
  • What experience/skills/attributes do you need?

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject achieved or expected. Data Analytics, Statistics, Maths, Economics are desirable, however, we will consider all subjects;
  • Very strong academic background;
  • Willing to spend a minimum of 6 months abroad;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Adaptable;
  • Resilient;
  • Proactive;
  • Inquisitive;
  • Ambitious;
  • Ability to speak a second language is desirable.
