    About the Role – Physics Teaching Assistant

    You will be assigned a mentor who will support you throughout your first months at the school and an experienced teacher will be on hand to provide you with close mentoring and support. As a Physics Teaching Assistant you will be required to work with targeted students to ensure progress is being made, delivering intervention and 1:1 sessions where necessary.

    After a period of training and as your confidence grows, you will be able to deliver your own ‘mini’ lessons to groups of students and assist in planning exciting lessons with the teacher. You can really bring out your creative side and of course be involved with fun practical experiments.
