Care Assistant Totton, Marchwood & Waterside

As a Care Assistant you will gain the required skills and training to earn good rates of pay whilst providing the support to enable vulnerable adults to lead independent lives from the comfort of their own home!

Bluebird Care is looking for people who are passionate and caring to others as well as hands-on! As a Care Assistant you will be supported and will have fun while you learn and are earning a regular weekday rate of £9.50 per hour and holiday pay starting from £16.25 p/h.

To be a Care Assistant, no previous training or experience is required, however you will need to be based in the UK and have the right to work here. You will also be required to hold a FULL UK Drivers Licence and use of your own car as well as be over 18!

All of our Care Assistants at Bluebird Care must be able to work ALTERNATE weekends and shifts from07:00-14:00 and 16:00/17:00 -22:00.

To become a Care assistant, you need to be a reliable, trustworthy person who is hands-on and dedicated. Often your life skills of having had children or caring for dogs, cats or horses etc, the compassionate side will give you the confidence to make a difference out in the field.

Bluebird Care provides help and support for people who would like to stay in the comfort of their own home. We start with care calls from 30 minutes up to 24-hour care.

All our Care assistants work in shifts from 7-2pm or 4/5- 10pm. Our teams work in shifts depending on their availability on a 2-week rolling rota. If you are looking for full time, you will need to do a mixture of early starts and some evenings and alternate weekends. Everybody in our teams work alternate weekends and are car drivers. Wheather you are are looking for part-time or full-time hours and combine it with your family life, we suggest you start with working some evenings and alternate weekends.
