My client is quirky and creative with a thriving and successful team, they are now recruiting for a Front of House Coordinator to cover maternity. Although this is initially a maternity cover, there will be an opportunity to move into a permanent Project Coordinator role after this period.

Your duties will include;

Answering a high level of calls effectively and efficiently
Maintain regular consistent and professional relationships with customers/suppliers either on the telephone or those visiting the offices - taking responsibility for all visitors accessing the building
Be aware of all planned client/supplier meetings - ensuring all necessary arrangements are made in preparation
Co-ordinate the office maintenance function and office supplies
Provide administrative support to other departments as and when required
Provide support in booking hotels, flights and travel
Support the accounts team with the processing of company credit cards ensuring all spreadsheets are updated
Monitor and control budgets
Be responsible for undertaking cost comparisons and ordering in relation to H&S Signage and kit as directed by the warehouse

We are looking for someone with the following skills;

Exceptional customer service skills - ideally experience in a previous Front of House role
Organised with good attention to detail
Good Problem solving skills
Efficient and proactive
Ability to negotiate effectively
Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Experience with SAGE would be desirable The salary is dependent on experience and can be negotiable for the right person.
