Customer Service (Inbound)

Role Type: Temp - Perm

Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Location: Leicester

This role requires:

•Experience of at least 6 - 12 months within a contact centre environment (ideally inbound)

•People that are passionate about delivering the best customer service

•People that enjoy problem solving and resolving things for others

•Experience within either a customer service or complaints handling area

•A confident and positive manner over the phone

•A positive mindset

•Someone that is wanting to develop and build a career

It is essential that you have the following:

•Experience working with Microsoft office - Word, excel, outlook and power point

•Strong English language - written, spoken and reading skills

•Something to add to a team and the ability to work well as part of one
