Day Shift Electrical Engineer - Central London - Commercial Building - £38,000*

A fantastic opportunity has recently become available for a skilled and experienced electrical engineer based in a multi-tenanted building based in central London. The company hiring is an ever growing building services and FM provider, they pride themselves in ensuring a high quality service is kept at all times.

The main objective of the role is to complete a mixture of electrical PPM and reactive tasks around the building, the main bulk of the position is reactive. Successful candidates will need to be confident maintaining, servicing and fault finding in all electrical aspects, other duties of the role can include:

AHU & FCU maintenance
Motors
Emergency light and fire alarm testing
Generator testing
Single and 3 phase power
Monitoring BMS
Basic plumbing tasks

Successful candidates for this role will ideally have some of the following:

18th edition
City & Guilds 236 level 1, 2, 3
Apprenticeship served
IPAF 3a + 3b
Computer knowledge: outlook, word and excel
Be able to obtain quotations from electrical suppliers
Great attitude and approach to work

This position will be working on a shift pattern of 12hrs, 4 on 4 off but days only. The maximum salary for this role is £38,000 depending on skills and experience
